About Liv
Chartered physiotherapist. Yoga teacher. Mum.
I'm Liv (also known as Olivia, Livvy, or "Mummy Mummy Mummy") — a chartered physiotherapist with over 10 years' experience, passionate about helping people heal, strengthen and improve at any age.
Yoga has been my constant throughout my studies and working life: reducing stress, sharpening focus, building strength and confidence. It's what I turn to when I need time for me — and that became even more important when I became a Mum.
As any parent knows, finding time for yourself without your baby is hard. That's why I'm building a space where Mums can exercise safely with their baby or toddler by their side — showing them, from the very start, that movement and self-care matter. My Postnatal & Mum & Baby fitness classes are coming in the New Year — sign up below to be the first to know.
In the meantime, I teach vinyasa flow classes for all adults, whether you're easing back into movement postnatally, after a dynamic evening flow, or simply want space to reconnect with your body.
Outside the studio, I'm happiest outdoors — walking, climbing, paddleboarding, netball, you name it I'll give it a go. Yoga is the perfect counterbalance: it keeps me active while calming my system and helping me tune in to what my body actually needs.
Hope to see you at a class soon!

Yoga for every body
Every shape, strength, and stage is welcome.
Yoga isn't about being flexible, thin, or already strong. It's about showing up as you are. Whether you're tall, short, curvy, athletic, brand new, returning after years, pregnant, postnatal, male, female, or non-binary — there is a place for you on the mat.
My physiotherapy background means I offer options and modifications for every body, not a one-size-fits-all shape. The goal is never to look a certain way; it's to move with intention, build confidence, and feel better in the body you have right now.
